With expertise in over 250 alloys, including stainless steels, nickel alloys, aluminium alloys, copper alloys, cobalt alloys, and ferrous alloys, we ensure that each casting meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

Artwork Casting

VEEM partners with artists to transform intricate and visionary concepts into reality through precision casting and expert metallurgy. Renowned for creating iconic works such as the Anzac Bell, the Wirin statue, and the Lake Ballard sculptures, VEEM blends advanced casting techniques with a collaborative process that honors and enhances artistic integrity.

Centrifugal Casting

VEEM offers advanced centrifugal casting services, including the production of custom-made, bimetal wear pipes. Their capabilities include manufacturing hollow bars in over 250 alloys, ranging from 75mm to 1200mm in diameter and up to 2.7 meters in length. These hollow bars can be tailored with specified inner and outer diameters to meet diverse industrial requirements.

Pattern Making facilities

VEEM’s advanced pattern-making facilities and cutting-edge 3D printing technology ensure precision and efficiency in every stage of the casting process. Our in-house pattern-making capabilities allow us to create intricate and high-quality patterns tailored to complex specifications, maintaining full control over production for faster turnarounds and superior results. Complementing this, our state-of-the-art 3D printer produces highly detailed and customized molds, combining rapid prototyping with reduced waste. This seamless integration of traditional expertise and modern innovation positions VEEM at the forefront of manufacturing excellence.

Pattern-less moulding

VEEM’s patternless molding technology streamlines the casting process by eliminating the need for traditional patterns, enabling greater flexibility and efficiency in production. This innovative approach allows molds to be created directly from digital designs, ensuring exceptional precision and adaptability to complex geometries or design modifications. By removing the constraints of traditional pattern-making, patternless molding reduces lead times, minimizes waste, and maintains the high-quality standards.
